Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders placed by 2pm Monday-Thursday will be dispatched same day on a 24-48hr delivery service. Actual delivery time is courier dependent. 

Orders received by 10.45am on Fridays will be delivered the following Monday.

Orders can be paced on Bank Holidays but will not be delivered next day.

Christmas closure: usually this takes place between Dec 24 and January 5. Orders can be placed, but will not be delivered until after Jan 5.

Notifications: Customers can expect to be contacted by our courier on the day of delivery with a delivery slot.

Next day delivery is to UK mainland. Highlands and Islands and Northern Ireland are premium delivery (sorry).
